The LocsTafari family are conscious of the fact that locs are a natural living parts of our being, and that they are often overlooked and sometimes subject to tireless abuse. Yes abuse!!!. 

It is with this awareness that we take such a natural approach to care for and loving hair. Whether its an afro, micro thin locs, organically grown jumbo locs or stylish coloured ones, our approach is the same, we use natural oils, blessed hands and hearts of love. For all locs no matter the hair texture, our methods is the same, a hand retwist. 

Each loc is individually separated at the roots using the fingers followed by a palm roll. We groom all locs with the heart and soul involved. We do understand that it is an intimate experience and we respect that.  Hence we do not use the comb nor pins. Not only do they create the distant feeling between you and the person caring for your locs (living extension of your being), they also weaken the hair , eventually one will start to experience breakage. So its purely natural oils blessed hands and hearts of love.
